    SUMMER SCHOOL UPDATE

Due to the ongoing construction project for our building, Long Island City High School will be closed over the summer of 2023. Summer programs, including classes for students who need to make up credits, will instead be taking place at the Academy of American Studies. We encourage all students to take advantage of the Tutoring Options (click for more info) available during the school year now rather than need to make-up work over the summer.

    January 17, 2023

Current parents of Long Island City High School students are invited to join Principal Selenikas on January 23, 2023 in room 182 for Breakfast with the Principal: a conversation with parents on vaping and the dangers it poses for our children. See the calendar entry for more information.
